With the completion of the 2021 promotional period and the award of prize money, the Creative Hub promotional initiative will come to an end: Creative Hub is ceasing all activities at the end of the year. On Thursday, Creative Hub brought its community together for the last time and presented the final series of promotion.
Together with swissnex China, Creative Hub presented highlights from the Swiss creative industry at the Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo 2020 (YRDICIE) in Shanghai. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the exhibition successfully combined digital and analog formats.
Five teams were supported over 12 months by Creative Hub with coaching and networking. We take look back at what was achieved.
For the third time, Creative Hub is cooperating with HSLU and introducing students of the Digital Ideation course to entrepreneurship. In a six-part module, various topics in entrepreneurship are dealt with and applied to specific examples.
Today, Monday, August 24, 2020, Creative Hub is issuing the second Call for Submissions and calling on the Swiss creative economy to submit outstanding business ideas. Creative Hub offers the most promising one-year all-round funding: individual coaching with Creative Hub’s network of experts, networking, and communication with the economy. The aim is to successfully bring the best ideas from the Swiss creative scene to market.
Shanghai is one of the largest cities in China and an important trading center. The Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo (YRDICIE) dedicates around 54,000 square meters to the creative economy each year. The Creative Hub enables selected start-ups to digitally participate in the Expo in 2020.
The Creative Business Cup is an international start-up competition with a focus on start-ups from the creative economy. Once a year, startups from over 60 partner countries compete against each other in the final round of the Creative Business Cup in Copenhagen. International networking, exchange and mediation of investors are the goals of the Creative Business Cup.
A novembre di quest’anno, Creative Hub è stata invitata dalla Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries EXPO (in breve YRDICIE 2019) a Shanghai, per esporre l’economia creativa Svizzera con una presentazione. Swissnex Cina ha accompagnato Regula Staub del Creative Hub durante questi giorni per la visita del China Industrial Design Museums e del YRDICIE 2019.
Martedì si è svolto il primo evento di Swiss Startup Coaching Network (SSCN). SSCN è un conglomerato di diversi sostenitori di Start-up da tutta la Svizzera che s’impegna per una cooperazione stretta tra gli enti promotori Svizzeri. L’evento del Network all’interno dell’Impact Hub Berna ha offerto l’occasione di scambiarsi idee e opinioni sui bisogni e le opportunità della scena delle Start-up svizzere.
