Jens Nymand Christensen

Jens Nymand Christensen is advisor for the Danish government regarding implementation of EU law. For the Creative Business Cup he works as senior advisor. In the course of his career he was involved in multiple high-ranking political positions: deputy director-general for education and culture at the EU Commission, director in the general secretariat of the EU Commission, cabinet member of Vice President Henning Christophersen, and head of the division for international food, veterinary and phytosanitary issues. He headed the mission of the EU Commission in Denmark and conversely advised Denmark’s permanent mission at the EU. The Dane has a master’s degree in business economics and international economics.
